DELL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER/Don’t buy Dell.

DEAR MADAM/SIR

PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

YOU HAVE TOLD US THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS BUT THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN FROM YOUR SIDE.
!! I guess this computer is going in the garbage. If you want to avoid headaches, and inconsiderate people who don't care for your business...STAY AWAY FROM HP PRODUCTS!!!!!!
Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! The "techs" are hard to understand and every time you are on hold it's atleast 10 minutes! I've been on a call for 50 minutes now and am still on hold again to talk to a supervisor! This is unacceptable and ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
Stay away from this company is my advice.
. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS AND INTEND TO INFORM EVERYONE ABOUT THE CRAPPY SERVICE YOU GIVE.
YOU ARE A DISGRACE .......

. I am one angry consumer and will spead the word to boycott DELL
Please don’t disappoint me, I know that you people can definitely do it… human values are also important along with business …
Even after, loosing a lot of my precious time / hours and hours, in contacting your Customer Care / Technical Support Centre and narrating the full facts afresh each time, I could not get any assistance from M/s Dell India Pvt Ltd.
MY LAPTOP HAS BEEN WITH CUSTOMER CARE FOR LONGER THAN I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE IT, ON TOP OF THIS I AM JUST WASTING MY TIME ON WARRANTY WITH THIS LAPTOP NOW!!

Whats more the customer service confronts/shouts at me when I ask them i cannot send it back as i am handicapped without a computer and cant finish my assignments with a 4 week delay. -completely unsympathetic!
More they tell me to buy more service from them!!! -completely unsympathetic!

Worst customer service I have EVER encountered
Your timely response will be highly appreciated by me. You non-action to my complaint may compel me to go to consumer Forum as well as other legal authorities for redressal of my grievances.

I am really fed up after buying dell laptop.Each and Every Day some or other issues Comeup and i have to rush to cyber cafe for completing my work.
Your engineer visited us.Firstly he was unble to detect the problem.Then he replaced screen and the motherboard.I thought that the issue is resolved.But then again the keyboard stopped working.All the USB ports stopped working.If i atttach any external media then the laptop used to restart.Afterso much calls and complain the keyboard was replaced.Optical Disk Drive was also replaced by the servicecentre.

Now again such problems are cropping.What sort of Repair work was carried out by your engineer and the service centre.Is this the sort of product Dell Suc a Reputed Company Offers

I am a teacher by profession teaching 5000 studentsand my brother is a lawyer in Supreme Court .you dont even know what the image of your company will be once i declare this to them.I am totally harassessed by this.You can do whatever you like with this hell system.I want full replacement of the system else i will file a legal suit against your company.

This is with reference to your last conversation with dell with regard to your system carrying service tag 5JKF6Q1.

As discussed we will have the system repaired as per Dell’s warranty terms and conditions . Below mentioned are the options to have the system repaired .

· Dell to depute an engineer with the relevant replacement parts to have the issue resolved.
· You can leave the system at a Dell service center and have the issue resolved.
· Dell can have the system collected from your residence to Dell’s Bangalore office and have the issue resolved and send the system back to you.

Kindly advise the best option for you ,so that we can have the issue fixed at the earliest. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide you a system replacement.

Kindly revert to this mail if you require any help in fixing the current issue with the system .
