They certainly know how to give people the run-around. I wanted to cancel the policy on Monday after purchasing on Saturday but I never got a policy #. I got an email from Fidelity but no policy was attached. I called them but they couldn't find any policy for me using just my name. I waited and got another email to 'complete your application' notice with no documentation attached but at least there was a policy # listed. I've tried to cancel the policy online but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. I may have to call my bank to make sure no policy premium is paid out. I wouldn't trust this group if they came notarized.

Never ending marketing emails. Unsubscribe is ignored. Avoid, it’s a low rent joke if a company.

I have received at least 25 spam emails and all numbers I have called either send you to another number to complain or you have to leave a message. I have life insurance with another company and would never use this company if my life depended on it. It deserves no rating

I have had nothing but problems with Fidelity Life Insurance. They are very disorganized and do not effectively communicate to their customers. Because of all of their issues and lack of customer service support, I have paid double what I should have paid. When I went to cancel my life insurance with them, they sent me a form with the wrong insurance number on it. I paid another month more than what they should have gotten from me. I am very disappointed and I personally feel that they may be collecting more money from customers who are elderly and not on top of every wrong communication they send. Make sure you read your policy and double check any communication they send you.

People need to do a better job listening on the phone. If you look at Regina's comment, Fidelity Life provides temporary coverage so if you die before the exam is completed, your family gets paid something instead of nothing. Most companies provide NO life insurance while you're waiting. And if you fail your medical exam, you get to keep that blended coverage no matter what. This was explained to me and it makes a lot of sense. Also if a family isn't paid, it's because mom or dad fudged their answers and wasn't completely honest in the background questions. This is why families don't get paid. Be honest. Pay attention,

READ YOUR POLICY! READ YOUR POLICY! I purchased a 15 year term $100,000 life insurance policy from an agent that represented Fidelity Life. Since I have worked in the underwriting Department of a Life Insurance Company in the past, I opened the policy when it arrived in the mail and began reading it (most people do not read their policies). I WAS SHOCKED to see the policy was for $25,000 term life (for any cause of death) HOWEVER, the remaining $75,000 was accidental death and dismemberment (for only a death by an accident, not normal medical reason, etc.) The first premium had already been taken from my checking account and the para medical exam had not been completed. I even asked... Read More

4 months after death and still no payout! What an insult added to the pain of loss of a loved one. Life insurance is supposed to give you security that final expenses will be paid...but the funeral home has yet to receive a dime!

This is the worst experience ever. First of all the day no medical exam required. But, that's no true. This is false advertisement. So, I took medical exam. Then, I was denied for the coverage I requested. They ordered me a lower policy wirh high premium. So, I cancelled the policy. They mailed me a form to cancel my policy. So, I fax in my cancellation form. It's two weeks later and I haven't received my refund. So, I call them only to find out they denied it because, I didn't specify that I'm a widow. I submitted this information over the phone , application and during my exam. So, they had to resubmit the information again. So, I guess will see how. Long it takes now.
